Shipping and return policy
1. Shipping
Most orders are sent within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via LaPoste or comparable carriers (if required).
Processing time of your order can vary from 1-7 days depending on product availability, or in some very exceptional cases up to 2 weeks (in case of back order).
– Orders shipped by LaPoste normal service average 5-10 business days from date of order depending on the destination.
– Orders shipped by LaPoste priority service average 2-5 business days from date of order to attain their destination.
Additional charges may apply depending on delivery speed and weight. If required, we will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, just do not count Saturdays, Sundays or French holidays.
When ordering for international destinations, please keep in mind that taxes, customs, or related fees may apply and will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.
2. Returns and order cancellation
Our goal is to make sure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, but in the case you would be facing a problem with your order, we will be here to help finding the right solution.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited for the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be communicated within 2 business days of receipt of package.
Refund or exchange will take place only if the following conditions are met
– the items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase
– items must be unused
– Items must be in its original undamaged packaging
– Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
– Return Authorization mail must be included in the shipping box
– Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning a package, you need to contact Europacell.com to receive a return Authorization.

3. Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
